1. Objectives
1.1 To disseminate information about the project to the target group of citizens, ensuring they have a correct understanding of the project, fostering positive attitudes, and supporting its implementation, thereby ensuring the project's efficient operation and achievement of its objectives.
1.2 To allow stakeholders, such as government agencies, state enterprises, the private sector, community leaders, and the general public, to express their opinions and provide suggestions regarding the project's implementation, which will be used to develop the project to meet the needs of the people and maximize benefits.
1.3 To encourage public participation and involvement in the development of the highway project.
2. Project Location
The construction area of Highway No. 2134, Sections 1 and 2, between Km. 45+695 - Km. 67+500.
3. Date/Time/Location
Thursday, February 20, 2025, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, at the meeting room of the Kusakorn Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Kusakorn Subdistrict, Trakarn Phuechphol District, Ubon Ratchathani Province.
4. Participants
Those interested in attending the public participation meeting. A total of 198 people, as follows:
4.1 Representatives from government agencies in the project area, including the District Chief of Trakarn Phuechphol, Kusol Korn Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Napin Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Tak Daed Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Huai Fai Pattana Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Ued Yai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Trakarn Phuechphol Police Station, Land Consolidation and Irrigation System for Agriculture Office No. 15 (Trakarn Phuechphol), Provincial Electricity Authority Trakarn Phuechphol Branch, and the Director of Ban Srisuk School.
4.2 Community leaders from Ban Hee, Village No. 3, Kham Charoen Subdistrict; Ban Homon, Village No. 6, Napin Subdistrict; Ban Kusol Korn, Village No. 9; Ban Chik, Village No. 2; Ban Lat Somdee, Village No. 3, Kusol Korn Subdistrict; Ban Bung Siao, Village No. 6, Tak Daed Subdistrict; Ban Rong Nam Khun, Village No. 4; Ban Huai Fai Pattana, Village No. 2; and Ban Ari Pattana, Village No. 6, Huai Fai Pattana Subdistrict. Ban Po Khitun, Village No. 5; Ban Bok, Village No. 3; Ban Ued Noi, Village No. 2, Ued Yai Subdistrict.
4.3 Residents living on both sides of the project area include Tak Daed Subdistrict, Kusakorn Subdistrict, Na Phin Subdistrict, Non Kung Subdistrict, and Huai Fai Pattana Subdistrict.

100% of meeting participants agreed with the construction
